A relaxing sound bath meditation. Sound baths are deeply immersive, creating a safe space to unwind from daily stressors.
The many benefits of sound bathing include pain reduction, stress and anxiety reduction, promotes a deep sense of harmony and balance, and aids restful sleep.
Please bring along a mat, pillow, and blanket.
