Energetic Nourishment Retreat

A day packed with lots of activities which will leave you feeling both uplifted and relaxed as we start your day with some Kundalini Yoga, before moving onto some breathwork.  A freshly cooked vegan lunch is provided as part of this retreat, including all refreshments throughout the day.  Lunch will be followed by a fun afternoon of laughter yoga, meditation, and soundbath.  You will each receive a special goodie bag to take away with you as a reminder of this special day.
