I started my 16 year journey in 2006 with Swedish Massage Therapy, this ignited my passion to expand into other Holistic Practices, which include;

Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and various other massage therapies.

A Reiki Master / Teacher of Mikao Usui energy healing modality, I chose this profession due to my passion of alternative healing and complimentary therapies.

A lover of the great outdoors., and spending time in nature..  I consider the mind, body and soul as a whole, rather than just focusing on individual aspects of a person.  I enjoy helping others to reach physical, mental and spiritual balance.
