About the event
A therapeutic bath of sound, using various bowls, gongs, and other percussion instruments. This sound bath will last for one hour, where you can feel completely safe in a comfortable environment. Yoga mats and bolsters are available to use. Please bring along any items such as pillows and blankets to help you reach that deep, relaxing state of mind.
